General Duties:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of home & commercial appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, ovens, washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens, and more
- Perform routine maintenance, preventive checks, and part replacements to ensure optimal appliance functionality
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Be ready to work with other members of the team
Vital Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home or Commercial Appliance Repair Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various appliance brands and models
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic web browsing and apps skills for record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification or relevant training in appliance repair is a plus
- Good Command of English Language
